LAGOTOPOS SINGLE VINEYARD

The latest addition to the Michailidis Estate’s wine portfolio. The two varieties that make up this wine, Assyrtiko and Gewurztraminer, come from the mountainous “Lagotopos” vineyard, located at an altitude of 220 meters. Planted in well-drained clay-limestone soil, the vines of these two varieties yielded their finest fruit to create a wine with a lively, exuberant aromatic and flavor profile, while the barrel that aged it for 6 months imparted richness, a silky texture, and complexity. Aromas of tropical fruits, rose, spices, and citrus leave their mark on a white wine of the highest caliber.
