1. Services
Royal Deli provides premium food and beverage provisioning services for yachts, including sourcing, preparation and delivery to designated marinas and locations.

2. Orders & Availability
Clients are required to place orders at least seven (7) days prior to the requested delivery date to ensure availability and proper coordination.
All orders are subject to availability. Royal Deli reserves the right to accept or decline any order, particularly last-minute requests.
Product images displayed on the website are for illustrative purposes only. Actual products may vary slightly in appearance, packaging or presentation depending on availability and supplier.
In the event of product unavailability, Royal Deli reserves the right to substitute items with similar or higher-quality products, unless otherwise instructed by the client. We aim to inform clients in advance of any significant changes whenever possible.

3. Pricing
All prices are subject to change without prior notice. Certain specialty or custom-sourced products may be subject to price adjustments based on market availability.

4. Payment Terms
All orders are charged to the yacht’s APA (Advanced Provisioning Allowance), unless otherwise agreed in writing. By placing an order, the client confirms that the order is authorized to be charged to the respective yacht’s APA and coordinated with the charter management

5. Delivery
Deliveries are made to marinas and agreed locations based on the information provided during checkout.
Delivery times are indicative and may vary due to operational conditions, marina access, weather conditions or other external factors.
The client is responsible for providing accurate delivery details, including name of the vessel, marina, number and contact person.

6. Changes & Cancellations
Order changes or cancellations must be requested at least seventy two (72) hours prior to the scheduled delivery.
Late changes or cancellations may not be accepted and may incur additional charges.

7. Special Requests
Custom or special product requests are subject to availability and may require additional lead time.

8. Liability
Royal Deli shall not be held liable for delays or failure to perform due to circumstances beyond its control, including but not limited to weather conditions, port or marina restrictions, or third-party delays.

9. Use of Website
You agree to use this website only for lawful purposes and in a manner that does not infringe the rights of others.

10. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Greece.
