ESTATE ARGYROS CUVÉE PALATIA

A wonderful, elegant, and generous Assyrtiko named after the area where Monsignori resided, it is a complex mosaic from 7 excellent vineyard sites in diverse locations cultivated for many years by the Argyros family: Kavaleros, Louros, Ftelos, Vassalia, Kamarades, Agios Ioannis, and Kastana. It has a crystalline appearance and a nose characterized by volcanic hints, Doric minerality, jasmine, and Mediterranean herbs such as Cycladic thyme. The palate features high, sharp acidity, a rich body, and a very long briny aftertaste left by the proximity of the vineyards to the Aegean Sea.
