GEROVASILEIOU SYRAH 750ml

This is the Estate’s ultimate expression of international variety, produced from the oldest Syrah vines on the property (Petit-Syrah) with extremely low yields. Following a long extraction and 12–18 months of maturation in new French oak, the wine emerges with a dense, nearly opaque black-red color. The nose is a powerhouse of ripe plum, blackberries, and black cherries, brilliantly framed by cracked black pepper, tobacco, and dark chocolate. On the palate, it is opulent and robust, with powerful yet velvety tannins and an immense, spicy aftertaste.
