Crafted from molasses, known as “black gold,” it is aged for several years in ex-American Bourbon barrels at the foothills of Mount Kanlaon, before being blended to deliver a rich flavor. The final blend showcases the spirit of Don Papa, overflowing with aromas of citrus and vanilla on the nose, while being full of notes of candied tropical fruits and honey, with a long, bold finish of dried raisins and charred oak.
