Named after the 52 peaks of Mount Olympus, the mythical “Home of the Gods,” this Chardonnay by Navitas Winery is a sophisticated, single-vineyard organic wine that reflects the high-altitude aura of Pieria. The winemaking process is quite unique: fermentation begins in stainless steel, but then the wine is split—one-third stays in the tank, one-third moves to French oak barrels, and one-third to tulip-shaped concrete vats.
