When they set out to create Votanikon Gin, they wanted to give it a purely Greek flavor, utilizing 20 botanicals such as juniper, mountain tea (sideritis), basil, saffron, sage, chamomile, and mastic, to name a few. These are not only a common sight on the kitchen shelves of most Greek households but are also among the first words—and scents—they became familiar with while growing up.
