VETTE

In the glass, the color is bright golden with soft green highlights. On the nose, it has a complexity with aromas of grapefruit, apricot, unripe peach, fresh melon, citrus, lemongrass, and pear framed by botanical notes of freshly cut grass and green tea. In the mouth, it is of moderate volume with a very satisfactory structure and refreshing acidity. Lime zest, peaches, and green pepper give a strong sense of freshness. In the aftertaste the soft minerality is addictive.
