Named “Four Lakes” after the unique microclimate of the Amyndeon plateau in Northwest Greece, this wine is a sophisticated and charming blend. It combines the structure of Chardonnay with the aromatic intensity of Gewürztraminer. About 50% of the Chardonnay is fermented and matured in French oak barrels to add volume and complexity, while the rest remains in stainless steel to preserve freshness. The result is a bright lemon-colored wine with a seductive nose of rose petals, lychee, peach, and subtle vanilla. On the palate, it is rich and layered, yet perfectly balanced by the vibrant acidity of the Amyndeon terroir.
