The Grande Cuvee Nemea by Domaine Skouras is a hallmark expression of the Agiorgitiko variety, sourced from high-altitude vineyards in the Asprokambos region of Nemea. This wine undergoes a meticulous vinification process, including a long extraction and aging for 12 months in French oak barrels followed by further maturation in the bottle. It presents a deep ruby color with a complex aromatic profile of black cherries, blackberries, and plums, layered with sophisticated notes of cloves, cinnamon, and black pepper. On the palate, it is characterized by its elegant structure, velvety tannins, and balanced acidity, leading to a long and persistent finish.
