This wine is fermented in stainless steel tanks to preserve the maximum expression of the terroir. It features a bright straw-blonde color with light greenish highlights. The nose is a powerful mix of citrus fruit (lemon, lime) and the unmistakable “gunflint” mineral character typical of Santorini’s volcanic soil. On the palate, it is bone-dry and full-bodied with a razor-sharp acidity that provides incredible length and a salty, saline finish.
