The rich, fruity malt is slowly condensed in warm wooden worm tubs located high outside the distillery before maturing in oak casks for 14 years. It possesses a deep gold color and a sweet aroma of fruit, smoke, and sea salt. The palate features autumn fruits and dried figs, followed by a smoky dryness and a long, sweet finish.
