NAVITAS TERRE DE ZEUS MALAGOUZIA 750ml

Unlike the more common, lighter versions of the variety, this Malagousia is partially fermented in stainless steel and partially in large oak barrels (foudres), then aged on its fine lees.The result is a sophisticated wine with a brilliant straw-yellow color. The nose is a complex “dialogue” between herbal notes (basil, mountain tea), floral aromas (honeysuckle, lemon blossom), and stone fruits (white peach). On the palate, it is textured and oily with a vibrant acidity that gives it great length and an elegant, slightly spicy finish.
