LA TOUR MELAS CYRUS ONE 750ml

Often described as the “approachable sibling” to the estate’s flagship red, the Cyrus One is a masterful Bordeaux-style blend with a Mediterranean twist. It combines the structure of Merlot and Cabernet Franc with the vibrant fruit of Agiorgitiko. The wine is fermented with indigenous yeasts and aged for approximately 12–18 months in French oak barrels. It presents a deep ruby color and a complex nose of raspberries, blackcurrants, and cherries, seamlessly integrated with notes of smoke, clove, and vanilla. On the palate, it is velvety and medium-bodied, offering soft tannins and a refreshing acidity that makes it both elegant and ready to enjoy.
