The King Car distillery (located in the Yi-Lan mountains overlooking the Pacific Ocean) is the first to achieve the impossible: the creation of whisky in Taiwan. Kavalan is the name of the indigenous tribe that inhabited the region. An elegant and rounded malt whisky with pleasant aromas of ripe citrus and nuts, a silky texture, and a refreshing finish.
