All Herradura tequilas are produced exclusively from 100% blue agave using traditional methods and wild yeasts. Herradura Añejo is aged in oak barrels for 25 months —double the time required by law for the añejo category— a process that imparts a beautiful amber color, great complexity, and a signature spicy flavor.
