Hatozaki whisky is produced at the Kaikyo distillery. Hatozaki Pure Malt is 100% malt, and the spirit has been matured in Bourbon, Sherry, and Mizunara casks. It features a rich flavor profile with sweet cereals and dried fruits, light smoke, and honey on the finish. On the nose, it offers aromas of dried fruits, sweet malt, sandalwood, and honey. Full-bodied and complex on the palate with a long finish.
