A sophisticated and modern blend from Ktima Dio Ipsi (Two Heights Estate), located in the region of Mantineia in the Peloponnese. Dialogos represents a “dialogue” between two distinct varieties: the indigenous, highly aromatic Moschofilero and the international, structured Kydonitsa (or sometimes blended with Assyrtiko depending on the vintage). It offers a pale straw color with silver highlights. The nose is delicate yet complex, featuring aromas of rose petals, citrus blossoms, and green apple. On the palate, it is light-to-medium bodied with a refreshing, crisp acidity and a clean, mineral finish that makes it incredibly versatile for light appetizers and seafood.
