It matures for 9 years in American white oak bourbon barrels; subsequently, one half remains in bourbon barrels while the other half is transferred to 30-year-old Gonzalez Byass Matusalem Oloroso sherry butts until the final blend is created after 3 years. Attractive aromas of citrus, chocolate, mocha, and sweet spices. Medium-bodied on the palate with a creamy texture, an intense sherry flavor, and a long finish reminiscent of coffee.
