Beefeater 24 is a modern interpretation of the classic Beefeater with a completely different selection of botanicals. The recipe features 12 different varieties of tea leaves, Seville orange peel, grapefruit, lemons, juniper, coriander seeds, licorice, and other rare aromatics. It is named “24” because the botanicals are steeped in the spirit for 24 hours before distillation.
