Named after the two olive trees that stand as natural boundary markers between the Syrah and Merlot vineyard blocks on the estate in Yiannakohori, Naoussa, this wine is a masterclass in Mediterranean blending. It typically combines the spicy structure of Syrah and the velvety roundness of Merlot, often with a touch of Xinomavro to provide a “Greek backbone” of acidity and complexity. Aged in French oak for approximately 12–14 months, it is a dense, ruby-colored wine with a seductive nose of black fruits, chocolate, and smoke, accented by savory notes of pepper and black olive.
