CHABLIS

It has pale lemon color and elegant aromas of lemon, green apple, citron, grapefruit, butter, wet stone and dough. In the mouth it has medium body, moderate (+) acidity and oily texture. Juicy citrus fruits, green fruits, honey, toast and salt make up a special whole.
