It is fermented and aged in French oak barrels, resulting in a wine of immense complexity and aging potential. It features a bright yellow color with greenish tints and a sophisticated bouquet of apricot, honey, nuts, and vanilla, all underpinned by a distinct mineral character. On the palate, it is full-bodied, oily, and perfectly balanced, with a long and noble finish.
