It is a precise blend of Cabernet Franc and Merlot sourced from high-density, north-east facing terraces overlooking the Aegean Sea. The wine is aged for 22 months in French oak barriques and bottled unfiltered to preserve its immense concentration. It is a deep, architectural red with a bouquet of graphite, dark plums, and violets, underpinned by a distinct mineral backbone from the estate’s clay-limestone soils. On the palate, it is powerful yet remarkably balanced, with “powder-fine” tannins and a freshness that ensures a lifespan of 15–20 years.
