Distilled from fresh fermented grape marc of high-quality Thessalian varieties, it is aged for 5 years in French and American oak barrels that previously held red wine and Vinsanto. This process yields a complex spirit with a deep amber color and a rich aromatic profile of honey, coffee, chocolate, and dried fruits.
