In 1863 in Northern Italy, visionary entrepreneur Alessandro Martini and herbalist Luigi Rossi collaborated to create their first Vermouth, Martini Rosso, marking the beginning of Martini & Rossi’s great success in producing both vermouths and sparkling wines. Among their range is the white “queen” of vermouths, which is produced from white wine infused with herbs and flowers, featuring a pleasant vanilla aroma that perfectly complements its botanical character.
