Citadelle is a gin crafted using direct-fire heating in small copper Charentais pot stills, which are also used by the same distillery for cognac production. A pure French wheat spirit is infused with 19 botanicals and aromatics. Its character features aromas of fresh juniper, intense coriander, and honeysuckle, complemented by peppery notes and hints of orange and mango.
