Bushmills 12 Year Old Whiskey. Bushmills 12 Year Old is a particularly fine single malt whiskey. It undergoes 11 years of aging in bourbon and Oloroso sherry casks and then finishes its maturation for one year in Marsala wine casks. It has a deep, rich, honeyed character with notes of spiced fruit and woody vanilla.
