Its color is very pale salmon, with gray reflections. Its aroma is intense, dominated by scents revolving around rose. Rosewater, rose petals, and Turkish delight with a backdrop of tangerine peel and strawberry. On the palate, it is delicious and refreshing, with a richness we do not expect from a Moschofilero and an exotic finish. Enjoy it young to maintain its extroverted and aromatic character. For the more adventurous, try it 2-3 years after the harvest.
